  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates or a full refund.

2.2 Cancellations and Refunds:

  • If you need to cancel your booking, you must provide notice at least 10 days before the class date to be eligible for a full refund or to reschedule.

  • Cancellations made less than 10 days before the class date are non-refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.

3. Products and Purchases

3.1 Purchases:

  • All sales of pottery products, tools, and materials are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for purchased items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

3.2 Shipping and Delivery:

  • We offer shipping for certain products purchased through our website. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping delays.
